Fortiemart Holdings Company Limited, in collaboration with Crossgates Connect Limited (UK), is implementing the Uganda Agricultural Value Chain Intelligence, Export Readiness & Market Access Initiative to identify, assess, and onboard serious agricultural enterprises into a structured market readiness programme.
The initiative is designed to strengthen Uganda's agricultural sector by improving enterprise visibility, enhancing value chain intelligence, promoting product traceability, and supporting export readiness. Through structured assessments and capacity enhancement, participating enterprises gain valuable insights that can improve their competitiveness in domestic, regional, and international markets.
Our focus is on empowering farmers, cooperatives, processors, exporters, manufacturers, and agribusinesses with the knowledge and tools required to meet market expectations, strengthen compliance, and build sustainable business growth.
Participation in this initiative does not guarantee buyers, funding, grants, investment, or export contracts. However, eligible enterprises will have the opportunity to be evaluated for structured market pathways, business profiling, market intelligence services, and potential connections with local, regional, and international stakeholders where appropriate.
